From 9th November 2009 ALL our HIPs upgrade to Exchange-Ready Packs as standard - at NO extra cost!

Because everyone agrees speed and certainty are key to improving the home-buying process, the Exchange-Ready Pack is the obvious next step. The Exchange-Ready Pack has been proven to help the buyer’s conveyancer proceed more quickly with the transaction once an offer has been accepted, in many cases halving the time taken to get to exchange of contracts.

In addition to the documents contained in a standard HIP, the Exchange-Ready Pack contains:

•  Contract for sale prepared by a lawyer
•  Seller Property Information Form
•  Fixtures & Fittings Form
•  Additional documents referred to in the Register
•  Copies of planning permissions and building regulations consents and guarantees supplied by the seller
•  Lawyers' certificate confirming the pack is exchange-ready

Terms & Conditions:

1. This upgrade applies to all HIPs ordered from 9th November 2009.
2. No additional charge will be made for this upgrade.
3. HIPs ordered prior to this date will not be eligible for a free upgrade but may be upgraded for an additional cost of £50 plus VAT.
4. Sellers will receive a without obligation conveyancing quote but are free to use any conveyancer of their choice.
5. No delay will be incurred in the delivery of the standard HIP documents as a result of this upgrade.
6. The additional documents will be available in electronic format only.
7. Existing clients wishing to opt out from this upgrade must email sthomas@simplyhip.co.uk confirming they wish to remain with the standard HIP.
